At Side by Side, we deliver these Apprenticeship Standards:

The way we deliver these standards will vary according to the requirements of the Standard, wishes of the Employer and needs of the Apprentice. These requirements, wishes and needs are all assessed on an individual basis and a bespoke package will be proposed and agreed by Side by Side, the Employer and the Apprentice before the training proceeds.
Every apprentice is allocated an Assessor/Tutor who will work alongside them to ensure they have the right Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in place before their End Point Assessment.
The accompanying study will either be face-to-face delivery at our Training Centre in Poundbury, Dorchester (or on setting site), or online via Zoom/Teams, or using our Virtual Learning Resource, or a combination of all 3! No package will be 100% the same, each one is tailored to suit the Apprentice and the Employer.
Our Early Years Practitioner and Early Years Educator Standards are currently being delivered at our Training Centre, weekly during the academic year, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
